A successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualities:
Windows NT, 2000, and 2003
Active Directory management
Exchange 5.5, 2000, and 2003
Three (3) years administration / support experience particularly with Windows Networks with Exchange server
Knowledge of core Microsoft technologies such as LDAP, WMI, DNS, ASP, DCOM, etc
Must be independent, self-motivated, a team player and have a people-oriented personality
Strong analytical, problem solving, oral and written communication skills |

Engineers will work independently and as part of a team using their skills to solve customer's technical issues in various Windows and Exchange environments.
